Naming rationale
Steven is a name his parents liked. His middle name, Vincent, was in honor of three people. It was his maternal grandfather's name, the middle name of his father, and the middle name of his paternal grandfather.
Birthplace and early residences
He was born March 16, 1963 in Altoona, PA.

You can see in the picture on the right that he got the best of care.

Notice the nasal cleaning items on the headboard of the bed behind his mother.

His first move was to Rockville, MD in 1964. Next the family moved to Richmond, VA in 1967. They moved to Cherry Hill, NJ in 1969.
Physical characteristics
He grew to be 5'10" tall. His weight was in the range of 160 to 170. He had blond hair as a youth that got darker as he got older.

Childhood and teen years highlights
We have numerous pictures of his birthday celebrations. When he was about six he entered a national lego design contest and placed 10th out of thousands of entries. Other achievements were poster contest awards, competitive swimming awards at the local Wexford Leas swim club, made the Little League baseball team as a second baseman and pitcher, and reached the highest Boy Scouting level of Eagle Scout.
