The Kerrigan property in Crozerville section of Aston was next to the area for the mill homes
of Yorkshire Mills (marked in green). Across from the Kerrigan property on New Road is St Francis de Sales
Church area (marked in yellow). This church was built in 1894. New Road is marked in tan. Crozerville Mills preceded Yorkshire Mills at the confluence of two
creeks - Chester Creek and the West Branch of Chester Creek. In 1916 a new elementary
school (marked in blue) was built on the other side of the West Branch. Hollow
Hill Road ran between the mill buildings and the area for the mill homes. That was the address for the Grant yarnall family when they lived in one of the 4 mill home buildings. Each mill home building contained four living units.
