1400s and 1500s and 1600s
A map below shows English counties (blue) and Wales counties (yellow). Worcestershire county is red and London is purple.

A zoom into Worcestershire county (right) shows the hamlets where the Yarnalls, Yarnolds, Yearnolds, Yarnalds, Yernolls, Yeernolds, Yarnolls, or Yarnells lived in the 1400s, 1500s, and 1600s. Those four hamlets are circled.

1600s and 1700s
Philip Yarnall and his brother Francis were born in Claines. They departed from Claines (Cloynes) in 1683 to go to America. They first lived in Springfield.

Philip married Dorothy Baker and they raised their family in Edgmont, PA.

Their son Thomas married Martha Hammans and they raised their family in Edgmont.

Two of their sons, Job (Sr) and Caleb (Sr), also lived in Edgmont.
1700s and 1800s and 1900s and 2000s
Job (Sr) married, had two sons (Job Jr and Abraham), and at some point lived in Middletown, PA. He died in Middletown when his sons were only ages 7 and 4. There is little known about his sons.

Job (Jr) had three sons, Mahlon, Eber, and Norris L. His three sons initially lived in Middletown. Mahlon moved to Concord, and Thornbury, PA. Eber moved to Concord, PA. I suspect him to be the father of William H Yarnall before he got married and raised another family.

Caleb (Sr) lived in Edgmont, PA. One of his son's (John) had a daughter, Eliza Yarnall, who lived in Edgmont and likely was the unwed mother of William H Yarnall. This is the person who can be traced to our present generation.

It seems William H at age 2 was taken in by Agnes Yarnall Webster of Middletown when Eliza died in 1843. Agnes was the sister of Eliza's father, John. William H later lived in Aston, PA and finally in Chester, PA where he died in late 1909 or early 1910.

William H's son, G Grant, lived in Aston, PA until 1920 and in Clifton Heights, PA until 1938 when he died.

Grant's son, Thomas Vincent, lived in Aston, Clifton Heights (two different times), Yeadon, Springfield, Morton, and Brookhaven, PA before his stroke. He died near his son, Bob, in Roswell, GA in 1993.

Thomas Vincent Jr (me) lived in Yeadon, Clifton Heights (two different times), Darby, and Springfield where he graduated from high school. He lived in Allentown, PA for college. When he was in the Army he lived at Ft Jackson, SC and Ft Monmouth, NJ before going overseas to Berlin and Munich, Germany. After his discharge from the Army he married Polly Cheverelli and lived in Hollidaysburg and Altoona, PA. Next they lived in Falls Church, VA, Rockville, MD, Richmond, VA, and then moved to Cherry Hill, NJ in 1969. In 2015 they moved to a continuing care community in Lower Gwynedd, PA.

Their first son, Steven Vincent, was born in Altoona, PA in 1963.

Their second son, Bradley Thomas, was born in 1971 when Tom and Polly lived in Cherry Hill, NJ. You can readily see how mobility in jobs and ease of travel increased the frequency and extent of the Yarnall migrations.

After their high school graduations, Steve and Brad had multiple residences beyond Cherry Hill. When at college Steve lived in Knoxville, TN. Steve later lived in Haddon Township, NJ and Haddonfield, NJ. Brad when at college lived in Coral Gables, FL, College Park, MD, and New Brunswick, NJ. He later lived in Somerset, NJ, Issaquah, WA, Middletown, CT, and Avon, CT.
