Below is a picture of me imitating comedian Johnny Carson's Carnac routine of being clairvoyant.
Carnac would hold an envelope up to his head and give an answer to a question inside the envelope.
Then I said the following.
"The answer is 1 to 6 billion dollars saved for New Jersey."
Then I said the following.
"The question is what is contained in my testimony?"
Then I unfolded my paper and explained in my remaining allotted time what the paper contained and what I wanted them to read.
With a 3-minute time limit and content requiring 6 minutes to read, I had to come up with a way to make my point quickly.
I offered to meet with staff members and they joined me in the hallway so I could explain the details.
