Think about the variety as you realize how many items there were. Shades, rods, brackets, draperies, blinds, curtains, pillows, and other items that came in various fabrics, sizes, colors, and finishes.


There was always a sale to set up and there were displays to prepare.

There were many thank you notes to send and cash drawers to balance.

The hours were irregular and they had to be there on most weekends because that is when prospects would come.

Not a salary job. They were on commission and reps did not take turns. BUT they smiled and moved quickly.
