Scott Paper Company Bill returned to Scott Paper Company in 1968. He was assigned the territory around Harrisburg, Pennsylvania just six weeks after the birth of their first child, Michael David Yarnall. Bill was promoted to Detroit, Michigan, where the family lived in Windmill Point for eighteen months. Again transferred, this time the family moved to Houston, Texas. This time the family lived in a development called Kingwood. Bill loved the house since it was two minutes from the Kingwood Country Club. By then, Bill was a District Manager for Scott Paper, so the family joined the country club. In 1977, Bill was made District Manager for Los Angeles, California, a bigger territory, more men, and more responsibility. The family moved to Newbury Park, California. Bill remained with Scott Paper Company until 1982. Ft Howard Company He was the Western Regional Manager in Los Angeles, California. He worked for Fort Howard until May, 1996. American Tissue Corporation He was their Western District Manger until 1998. Georgia Pacific Corporation He was District Manger for Southern California until Georgia Pacific merged with SCA (a Swedish firm). Bill’s division was sold to SCA. Bill was then Senior District Sales Manager for SCA Tissue North America LLC. |
