A book written in 1977 by Lewis
Bunker Rohrbaugh traced his ancestors back to Hans Georg Rohrbach who emigrated from Germany to America in 1732. The book was published
by Maine Coast Printers of Rockland, ME with a Library of Congress Catalog
Number of 71-118879. Its title is Rohrbach Genealogy Volume II.
I was given this book by my mother, Mary Louise (Palm) Yarnall. It was
given to her by her brother William Henry Palm (my uncle Hank). He was
interested in the book because it showed the lineage of his mother's family. I intend that my grandson Jack Yarnall gets it next if he wants it. Tucked inside the back cover is a chart Craig Burkholder drew along with an order form to order this book. Another book written in 1941 by Jacob Hartman Rohrbach traces his ancestors back to Hans Jurg Rohrbach who emigrated from Germany to America in 1732. It can be found with this link Click here.
Both books will bring you to Florence Irene Rohrbach who married Samuel Moyer Palm May 15, 1902 in Reading,
PA. They had four children. William Henry (10/27/03), Sarah Isabel (5/28/05),
Samuel M. Palm, Jr. (1/31/09), and Mary Louise (5/12/14). Florence was my grandmother on my mother's side. I was told her middle name was Isabel. In the 1977 book she is on page 115. In the 1941 book she is on page 385.

Florence was the eight child of thirteen
children born to Henry Elias Rohrbach. He had one child with Eliza
Gauker Rohrbach and twelve children with Isabella Breidegroan Rohrbach.
My mother, Mary Louise Palm, always spoke fondly of a favorite aunt
who was called Aunt Goldie. Her full name was Marigold Mae Rohrbach.
Goldie was nine years younger than her sister Florence (my grandmother).
This is all documented on pages 113, 114, and 115 of the Rohrbach Genealogy
book.
Goldie and Florence are pictured on the left in the back yard
of someone's home (possibly in Reading, PA
according to Craig Burkholder, Goldie's son).
