From 1970 to 1970.
This was an excellent change of vocation because I discovered that training was something I do well.

I discovered a very valuable system to use for identifying interest areas of people and how to phrase statements to appeal to those interests.

The DISC system enabled me to structure questions and describe product benefits that would fit the interest preferences of prospective clients.

I shared this with my students in my classes.
