From 1986 to 1995.
A short time after the merger of Sperry and Burroughs, I was assigned to lead the effort in a new area of training that did not require reps to attend classes. There were to be self-instructional materials sent to the sales offices.

Our group developed some very useful case studies for the public sector and for financial analysis of various commercial industries.

We also developed a video series to help sales reps with product knowledge and territory management topics.

Video clip It is about a Field Forum training project that Tom initiated. There is a delay of about 45 seconds of download time before the video starts playing.
